Lakes Entrance Eastern Beach

Just a short walk from Eastern Beach Holiday Park and a 2km walk along the beach from Lakes Entrance Main Beach

Eastern Beach at Lakes Entrance looks out over the blue waters of Bass Strait. Patrolled by professional lifeguards during the summer, Eastern Beach's location and adjoining park makes it an ideal beach for family activities.

Located at the end of Eastern Beach Rd (and 2km to the East from Main Beach), Eastern Beach is nestled between Main Beach and Lake Bunga. There's plenty of room for; swimming, surfing, fishing, beach games, kite flying and long walks.

Golden sand dunes, a golf course and the tail end of Cunningham Arm divide the township of Lakes Entrance from Eastern Beach. Adjoining Eastern Beach is the local Lions Park, which has picnic, playground, bbq and toilet facilities.

Access to Eastern Beach is via a short track through the sand dunes, there is also a 2nd carpark and access track along from the Lions Park which is popular with fishermen.

Eastern Beach is patrolled by professional lifeguards from Boxing Day (Dec 26th) to Australia Day (Jan 26th).
